Are we really going to build a new house or is this just talk?  Yes, the house loan has been approved and construction has begun.  We will be updating the website with new photos as the situation warrants.  

Who is Donating?  We have donors from all ranges of the scroll, from the early 100's through the 700's.  

How much should I give?  Generally speaking, most of our donors have been very generous.  Payments and pledges represent a significant donation.  Surprisingly, several younger members made significant donations paying by monthly installments.

Why should I give?  The bottom line is that if you don't do your part others will have to carry your responsibility.  Most of you probably remember in college day dreaming of the alumni building "us" a new house.  Now we are the alumni and the time for a new Teke House is NOW!

If you have the loan why do you still need my money?  We need to make sure the mortgage is reduced to a level that the chapter can easily afford.  In addition, we raised just enough to cover construction.  At present, the floors are bare and there is no furniture.  We are counting on you to help us finish the project......right.

My career hasn't taken off yet and I can't afford much, what can I do?  We have made arrangements to accept donations monthly using either Visa, Master Card or bank drafts.  Whether you are paying $100 per month or $10 per month, we can meet your ability to pay.
